By accessing or using YT Coach ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
YT Coach is an AI-powered platform that analyzes YouTube videos and generates step-by-step coaching breakdowns to help you learn physical skills faster. The Service uses third-party AI models to process video content and produce instructional output.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@ytcoach.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or automated-harvest content from the Service
- Resell or commercially redistribute outputs from the Service without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service's infrastructure
- Use the Service to process content that infringes third-party intellectual property
- Create accounts by automated means or under false pretenses
5. Credits & Payments
The Service operates on a credit system. Purchased credits are consumed when you use paid features. Credits are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Monthly free credits expire at the end of each calendar month and do not roll over.
6. Intellectual Property
YT Coach and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by YT Coach and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting YouTube URLs, you represent that you have the right to analyze such content under applicable terms of service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service provides AI-generated coaching suggestions for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional instruction, medical advice, or physical training guidance. YT Coach makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any generated content. Use coaching output at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YT Coach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@ytcoach.app. Unused purchased credits are non-transferable upon termination.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
