Refund Policy

YT Coach uses Paddle as its authorised reseller and merchant of record for all purchases. Paddle handles all payment processing and refund requests on our behalf. By purchasing through YT Coach, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions, including its refund policy.
1. Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Paddle reviews all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may approve a full refund, a partial refund, or decline the request.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact Paddle directly using one of the following:
- Click the "View receipt" link in your purchase confirmation email
- Visit paddle.net and select "Request refund"

3. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle within 14 days of approval and returned to the original payment method. Access to the relevant credits will cease upon refund.
4. Technical Errors
If a technical error caused credits to be incorrectly deducted from your balance, please contact us at support@ytcoach.app and we will investigate and restore the affected credits promptly.
5. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law grants you additional rights (such as the EU/EEA/UK 14-day right of withdrawal), those rights apply in full. For details, see Paddle's full refund policy.
